FOX’s Human Target is getting a bit of a revamp. The fantastic action show that’s based on the DC Comic has already been bumped to FOX’s Friday night graveyard, and now they’re changing the dynamic of the story a bit. The show stars Mark Valley as a security expert with Chi McBride and Jackie Earle Haley as his partners. Now the badass security team will be funded by a new boss, with actress Indira Varma stepping into the show in that role. We’ll see how it goes but I don’t hold a lot of faith in FOX with their record of killing off fantastic shows – which seems to start with a bump to Friday night. source.
Human Target Season 2 will premiere Friday, September 24 at 7pm CT/8pm ET.

FOX’s The Good Guys, the hilarious police comedy starring Bradley Whitford and Colin Hanks will finish the last half of its first season in the Fall. You guess it, in FOX’s Friday night graveyard, right after Human Target. This show is such a gem, funny from start to finish every episode, so I’m hoping that the somehow Human Target and The Good Guys can pull off a miracle and thrive in the graveyard. Next year, Bradley Whitford damn sure better get a Emmy nod for his performance as nutty, breaking-the-rules, womanizing Dan Stark. He is absolutely brilliant and his pairing with Colin Hanks as Jack has made for an awesome team to watch every week. source.
The Good Guys Fall premiere is on Friday, September 24 at 8pm CT/9pm ET.

Warner Bros’ Inception (which was phenomenal), starring Leonardo Di Caprio and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, didn’t just dream up its big win at the domestic box office last weekend. The psychological action-thriller drew in $62+ million last weekend and already passed the $100+ million mark in just one week. Despicable Me held its own at position 2 taking its total up to $120 million with a weekend take of $32+ million. Disney’s The Sorcerer’s Apprentice took third place with $17+ million, making its total around $31+ million. This week, Salt, Angelina Jolie’s actioner, looks to be Inception‘s only real competition. source.
