Jeremy Renner Covers Men's Health

Actor Jeremy Renner, who received an Oscar nomination last year for The Hurt Locker, is gracing the front cover of Men’s Health magazine for the September issue. You can read the small article, HERE, where he discussed how he gets into his characters and how he likes to dress. Because, you know both of those have a lot to do with men’s health. No complaints here really though, because they also included some smexy (smokin’, sexy – ha) shots of the rugged actor in a slideshow. You can view that HERE.

Renner can next be seen in The Town, Ben Affleck’s latest directorial effort. Both actors star in the film, which centers on a group of bank robbers in Boston. The Town hits theaters on September 17.

Sadly, Jeremy Renner recently backed out of The Raven, the fictional account of Edgar Allan Poe’s last days where he hunts a murderer who is mimicking the murders in his stories. I was looking forward to that one, but instead Renner is joining Tom Cruise in Mission: Impossible 4, which is pretty much guaranteed to be a moneymaker. John Cusack now takes over the role of Poe in The Raven.

After Mission: Impossible 4, Renner will play Hawkeye in The Avengers for Marvel. M:I4 will be in theaters in December of 2011, and The Avengers in the summer of 2012.
