Bryan Cranston Wins an Emmy

Breaking Bad actors Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul both walked away with acting Emmys on Sunday. This is the third year in a row that Bryan Cranston has won the Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series for his role in AMC’s drama. Cranston previously had three Emmy nominations for Supporting Actor for his role as the put-upon Dad in Malcolm in the Middle.

Cranston’s co-star Aaron Paul also won an Emmy. His was for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series. He was also nominated for his role last year.

Breaking Bad centers on high school chemistry teacher, Walter White (Cranston), who uses his chemistry knowledge to cook meth to make money for his family after he finds out he has cancer.

Aaron Paul plays Jesse Pinkman, the troubled young man that Walter partners with in his meth manufacturing business.

Breaking Bad has been renewed for a fourth season, but the season will not air until sometime in July of 2011.
